via Great Bend Expo Complex
 Great Bend, KS

Directions from Great Bend at 10th Street and Patton Road - Proceed west on 10th Street, also known as West Barton County Road, approximately three (3) miles. You will continue past Fuller Industries and the entrance to the Great Bend Expo / Dragstrip. Continue west a short distance further (approximately ¼ mile) to the end of the cedar tree belt on the south side to an asphalt road, which is an extension of NW 50 Avenue. Turn south on this access road, and within a short distance to the right you will see the police range. Please park outside the fenced area. ADA access (wide door). Bathrooms are not ADA compliant.

Class Notes:  Students must complete the online portion (NRA Learning Portal) of the hybrid class prior to registering for this field day. Bring a screenshot or the printed Field Day Qualifier certificate to the class.

We will be outside in any weather except a thunderstorm, so dress accordingly. Weather can change quickly, so watch the forecast. We will be outside for most of the class, so wear footwear that will be comfortable walking in tall grass. All materials for the class will be provided, including guns, targets and shells. Lunch will also be provided.
